  • We do not offer “buyer’s remorse” returns. Please ensure you have selected the correct item (e.g., 2G vs. 4G or Live Resin vs. Liquid Diamonds) before completing your purchase.

2. Defective Hardware (DOA Policy)

We understand that electronic disposables can occasionally have manufacturing defects.

  • Reporting Period: If your disposable device (e.g., Muha Meds or Besos Switch) is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or fails to fire within 48 hours of delivery, you must contact us immediately.
  • Evidence Required: To process a replacement or store credit, we require a clear video showing the device failing to work, along with a photo of the original packaging/verification scratch-off.
  • Exclusions: We do not cover devices that have been dropped, water-damaged, or clogged due to improper storage (e.g., being left in a hot car).

3. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product (e.g., you ordered Ace Ultra Premium but received Pack Man) or if an item is missing from your “Smackin Tickets” package:

  • Do not open the incorrect item.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the unopened product and the shipping label.
  • We will ship the correct item at no additional cost or provide store credit.

4. Shipping & Undeliverable Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We do not offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • Seized or Lost Packages: While we use discreet packaging for all orders, Smackin Tickets is not responsible for packages seized by authorities or lost by the carrier after being marked as “Delivered.”

5. Edibles & Concentrates

  • Melting Policy: Please be aware that products like Fryd Mushroom Chocolate Bars or RAW Terpy Batter can melt or shift consistency during transit in high temperatures. We do not offer refunds for melted products, as the potency and quality remain unaffected.
  • Storage Tip: We recommend placing concentrates in a cool, dark place (or refrigerator) immediately upon arrival.

To maintain the high standards of the Smackin Tickets inventory, the following conditions apply to our specific collections:

We guarantee that all Authentic Concentrates are stored in climate-controlled environments before shipping to preserve their terpene profile.
  • Prerolls & Combo Packs: Items like the Blinkers 2G + Hashhole Combo Pack and Sweets Pixie Stix Prerolls are fragile. While we use protective shipping, minor paper tears do not qualify for a full refund.
  • Edibles & Gummies: Our Fryd Mushroom Chocolate Bars are heat-sensitive. By purchasing these Edibles, you acknowledge the risk of melting during transit. We recommend immediate refrigeration upon delivery to restore the bar’s shape.
  • Verified Hardware: We ensure that every NEW 2G BOUTIQ ORB V5 and STKY 2G Disposable comes with Verified Oil. If the verification code on your Pack Man Live Resin + Liquid Diamond or Ultra Premium Minis does not scan, please contact us for a replacement before using the device.
